Complete the following steps:
- Complete forms, including a release of liability, and a medical release form. Print and complete the medical form before class. Participants who have or have had certain medical conditions will need to have the medical release form signed by a physician before being allowed to enter the water.
- Contact MSC to schedule an Explore Scuba Course
- Bring a swimsuit and towel with you to class.
- Have a great time and signup for the full course when your done.
