Course Structure & Requirements

Two of the five dives are required because they form the foundation of all continuing diver education:

• Deep Diver – Safely explore deeper sites (up to 100 ft / 30 m) while learning about gas management, narcosis awareness, and decompression planning.
• Navigation Diver – Master underwater navigation using natural references and a compass so you can always find your way back to the boat or shore.

The remaining three dives are your choice. Popular options include:
